Our Sleepover

   Our Sleepover

 My favourite activity was...
Shelter building because you could create your own shelter using your imagination and knowledge. Our group did it with Nathan's mum. I learnt how to tie a tighter know than how I did before.

The funniest thing was...
The skit activity in room 28. Our group did a dance, it was sort of random though, because we all died at the end of the dance.

The scariest moment...
Noting was actually scary. That's a good thing.

Something I learnt about school in England...
They eat in their huge lunchroom.

The food was...
AWESOME! Because it was delicious! We even had a choice.

The most surprising thing...
We were going to read City of Ember. I didn't expect that to happen.

City of Ember

      Description
This is a picture about the City of Ember
City of Ember is a city that was planned to last 200 years.
They can't grow food, make things, they only get what they get from the builders who built the city.
Once the supplies runs out, it will be a big disaster, which is happening right now.
They're having blackouts, and the foods are running out.
They don't know there's and other side of the world,
they only know about City of Ember.
The citizens have to work when they're 12.

Multiplication Strategies

       My Reflection
I found place value strategy was the easiest,
because its easy to multiply the numbers you split.
Next time I will try using it with bigger numbers.
